When booking a tattoo appointment you ensure you fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits are non-refundable and serve as a commitment to your appointment date. The deposit allows me to begin the design process. You may reschedule your appointment at no additional cost and without losing your deposit, provided you give a minimum of 72 hours notice.

If you are booking multiple sessions, the full deposit amount will be held and applied across all appointments. It will be deducted from the final session.

The deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

-Appointment is cancelled with less than 72 hours' notice.

-You significantly change your brief or provide new reference material with less than 72 hours notice.

-You fail to attend your scheduled appointment.

-You arrive more than 30 mins late without notice.

-You do not confirm or book your appointment within 12 months of paying the deposit.

-You don’t inform me of any health concerns listed below when booking.

The deposit covers the full tattoo process — not just the design. All artwork created remains the intellectual property of the artist. In the event of a cancellation, the artist is not obligated to share or release the design.

You cannot be tattooed if you:

Have damaged skin (e.g., bruises, scratches, sunburn)

Have irritated skin from numbing cream

Are currently taking antibiotics

Are on blood thinners

Are pregnant or breastfeeding

Are recovering from recent surgery

-Some conditions require a doctor’s note for safety

Failure to notify the artist of any of the above conditions at least 72 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

If you have any questions, concerns, or changes to your circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out as early as possible.

You will see your tattoo design at your tattoo appointment, with the option to request small changes. Significant design changes must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise the appointment may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.

Clients must be 18 or over and provide valid ID at the time of appointment- driving license/ passport.
