Booking in requires a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which will be applied to the final cost. You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours' notice (via email); otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required.
Artwork is sent out the evening before the appointment with time allocated for any small changes.
I do not send out artwork further in advance as I draw up in order of appointments.
Designs are drawn up based upon the description/references you have provided (if I need any more information, I will contact you).
