Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or failure to attend your appointment will result in loss of deposit.

Designs are created and prepared prior to the appointment to ensure the session runs efficiently and the highest level of quality can be achieved. Any adjustments, discussions, or arrangements regarding the design must be communicated in advance, before the appointment date.

If multiple sessions are required, each session must be completed as scheduled to ensure the integrity and consistency of the tattoo.
